Regulations

1. Objective: In order to encourage philatelic collection and promote appreciation for the stamps of Macao, Communications Museum is taking the opportunity to organize a stamp poll "My Favourite Stamps of Macao, 2017". All stamp lovers are invited to vote for their favourite philatelic items issued by Macao Post and Telecommunications Bureau (CTT) in 2017:

• My Favourite Stamps
• My Favourite Souvenir Sheets

2. Participation: All Macao SAR residents, 6 years old or above on/before January 1, 2017, are eligible for participation.

3. Acceptance of Votes:

1. Only electronic voting will be accepted from 04/12/2017 (Monday) till 22:00:00 on 04/02/2018 (Sunday), as per the time displayed on the museum's computer system.
2. Each individual can elect for his/her most favourite 3 items from each philatelic category at www.cmm.gov.mo

4. Evaluation:

The most favourite item of each philatelic category will be the item that has the highest number of votes. Every participant with a valid vote will enter the lucky draw automatically.

5. Prizes of Lucky Draw: ** All prizes are non-refundable.

6. Rules:

1. Only the last vote submitted by each participant will be valid.
2. All staffs of CTT are not allowed to participate in the Stamp Poll.
3. By submitting the electronic vote, participant agrees to observe and comply with the Regulations.
4. The personal data provided in the electronic vote will only be used for the purpose of the Stamp Poll.
5. Any disputes arising in the evaluation of this Stamp Poll, CTT and Communications Museum reserve the right to interpret and the exclusive jurisdiction.
6. Any issues not covered in the Regulations and clarification of doubts will be the exclusive competence of the Organizer.
