DC-Circuits
Direct Current Circuit
Visitors can connect several electronic components together and find out the function of circuit components, such as battery, light bulb, switch and resistor.
Serial circuit
Visitors can manipulate a Series Circuit with Switches and Light Bulbs, and observe how the Voltage and Current behaves in a Series Circuit.
Parallel circuit
Visitors can manipulate a Parallel Circuit with Switches and Light Bulbs, and observe how the Voltage and Current behaves in a Parallel Circuit.
Voltage divider
Visitors can slide the Contact of a Potentiometer and see the Light Bulbs connected between the Slider and the ends change in intensity, and observe how the voltages across the light bulbs change with the position of the slider.
Conductors and insulators
Visitors can pick up two Electrodes and used them to touch several Rods of different materials. When they touch a conductor, they hear a tone and the Ammeter indicates there is a Current flow. They can change the distance between the Electrodes and see how the current changes in a Conductor.
Charging and Discharging a Capacitor
Visitors can vary the connections on an RC Circuit by a Switch. They can measure the Voltage and Current in the circuit, and observe the Charging and Discharging Process of a Capacitor.
Inductor in a DC Circuit
Visitors can vary the connections on an RL Circuit by a Switch. They can measure the Voltage and Current in the circuit, and observe the Energy Storage and Decay Process of an Inductor.
