MACAO INTERNATIONAL MUSEUM DAY CARNIVAL, 2017

In celebration of the "World Telecommunications and Information Society Day" and "International Museum Day", visitors will enjoy free entrance at the Communications Museum from May 17 to 21 (Wednesday - Sunday). The International Museum Day Carnival will be held at the Red Market on May 3. Families and friends are welcomed to play our interactive game "Weights and Measures in the Market" to experience and compare different ways of weighing fruits and vegetables in the past and at present. In addition, to cope with the theme of Macao International Museum Day Carnival - "The Mobile Museum - Red Market x Drunken Dragon Festival" of this year, the Communications Museum and Maritime Museum have jointly organized the "Illustration Contest of International Museum Day of Macao, 2017". Prize presentation for winners of both the Children and Youth groups will take place on the day of the Carnival.
