HIGHLIGHT PROGRAM OF STAMP FESTIVAL 2013 - KIDS CARNIVAL

The Communications Museum celebrates the Stamp Festival 2013 from 09/10/2013 to 05/01/2014 with a series of fun activities under the theme - Kid's Dreams on Stamps. Stamps from several countries and pertaining to Children of the World, Dream Paradise and Kid's Playthings will be in exhibition at the Museum. The Festival also showcases interactive games and classic toys that recall happy moments from our childhood.

The highlight of the Stamp Festival 2013 program is the Kids Carnival, to take place over Christmas. From 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm on 28/12/2013, families and groups of friends are welcomed to visit the Communications Museum and join us at playing different games. The carnival includes interactive games: Paper Dragonfly, Beanbag Toss, Lying Eyes, Electric Generator, Labyrinth of Electric Circuits, Communication Decoding, and Basketball Shooting Game. Each participant will receive DIY material pack when entering the carnival to make their own Funny Musical Card showcasing their creativity. All visitors are welcome to join our two special workshops - DIY Christmas Decorations and LED's Changing Looks at 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. Online Registration is open from now to 18/12/2013.

Also, Draw My Story of Stamps is a competition where participants will be invited to draw a picture by developing on the theme of a selected ??Macao China?? stamp or souvenir sheet. The objective is to encourage and discover more artists to participate in cultural creative arts and design through stamps. Individuals are welcomed to participate either in the Primary Student, Secondary Student or General Category. The General Category will have no age limit. Deadline for submission of works is 06/12/2013. For details please check our Museum website.
