Results of the 18th International Postage Stamp Design Contest

The results of the 18th International Postage Stamp Design Contest organized by Korea Post have been announced. Communications Museum collected a total of 261 design works (185 for Youth Category; 76 for University Student Category/General Category). We have received the most enthusiastic response this year and four of the local participants have won the prizes. Congratulations!

Macao designer, Mr. Ng Hio Wai, won the Grand Prize of the University Student /General Category. He will be awarded KRW2,000,000 and his design will be used for stamp issue by the Korea Post. He will also be awarded round-trip air tickets to go to Seoul to attend the awards ceremony. All the submitted works from Macao participants will be exhibited in the Museum and various schools. We hope to encourage and discover more stamp lovers to appreciate and show their creativity through stamp design.
