The 16th International Postage Stamp Design Contest

The 16th International Postage Stamp Design Contest organized by Korea Post has begun. From now till September 15, Communications Museum provides collection service for local participants who would like to submit their works of design. The main objective is to promote stamp collection and encourage persons interested in design to show their creativity by participating in this postage stamp design contest.

Fabulous prizes will be granted to the winners of the contest. In addition to have chance of using the awarded design in stamp issue of Korea Post in 2011, Macao residents who submit their works through Communications Museum and win the Grand Prize or the Excellence Award will be granted by Macao Post a set of free Macao-Korea round-trip air tickets to participate in the awards ceremony in Korea.

The 16th International Postage Stamp Design Contest is divided into Youth Category (17 years old or below) and General Category (no age restrictions). The themes are "Family" and "Preserve the Polar Regions and Glaciers", respectively. Interested participants are welcomed to submit their works to Communications Museum from now until 5:30 p.m. of September 15. Regulation and application form can be obtained at:
